Purchases through ironbullstrengthqv.shop are priced and settled in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Available methods
The payment methods available for your order are displayed at Shopify’s secure checkout. Availability can depend on the order, device and payment provider. If no payment option is displayed, contact us before attempting to place an order.
Secure payment and totals
Payment is processed through Shopify’s checkout and the selected provider. We do not request your full card number or security code by email or telephone, and our support team does not need those details. Review the final price, discount, applicable taxes and delivery information before paying. Standard Shipping in Canada is free; we do not currently offer international shipping.
Authorization and processing
Your provider may authorize the transaction during checkout. The store uses automatic payment capture. Your provider’s transaction record distinguishes a pending authorization from a completed charge. Keep the order confirmation and payment receipt; contact us if you need help identifying the status of a transaction.
Declined, pending or duplicate payments
If payment fails, check your billing details and contact the provider where necessary. Avoid repeatedly submitting a payment while a transaction remains pending. If you suspect two charges, contact us with the order number, transaction dates and amounts, without sending complete card details. We will review the order and payment records and help resolve any confirmed error.
Refunds
Eligible returns and exchanges follow our Refund and Returns Policy. After we receive the return and complete review, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and payment providers may take additional time to show the credit. Contact us if you need confirmation or help tracing a refund.
