These terms govern your use of ironbullstrengthqv.shop and purchases made through this store. Please read them together with our policies before ordering.

You must have legal capacity to enter a purchase contract, or use the services with appropriate authorization. Provide accurate account and order information, protect your login credentials and tell us if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

Products, specifications and safe use

Read the product description, available specifications, dimensions, weight and compatibility information before ordering. Images may look different on different displays. Select the correct variant; where compatibility is uncertain, ask us before purchase. Install and use training equipment according to its instructions and appropriate safety precautions. Information on this store is not a substitute for qualified installation, training or medical advice.

Prices and order acceptance

Prices and checkout are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes, discounts and any delivery charges are shown before payment; Standard Shipping within Canada is free. Availability and prices may change before an order is accepted. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; we may need to verify availability, payment or an error before fulfillment. We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including an unresolved payment or stock issue, and will inform you and arrange any required refund.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us promptly with your order number to request a correction or cancellation. We will try to help before fulfillment, but cannot guarantee changes once dispatch has begun. Nothing here limits a cancellation or remedy required by law.

Delivery, returns and payment

Our Shipping Policy explains Canada-only delivery, free Standard Shipping and estimated processing of 1–2 business days plus approximately 4–6 business days of transit. Our Refund and Returns Policy provides 30-day eligible returns and exchanges, free approved return arrangements, no restocking fee and refunds within 10 business days after receipt and review. Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not use the site unlawfully, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, misuse other people’s information or infringe intellectual-property rights. Text, images, trademarks and other materials belong to their respective owners. Access to this store does not grant permission to reproduce protected material or imply an official affiliation beyond facts expressly established.

Third-party services and errors

Shopify and payment or delivery providers operate parts of the shopping experience. Third-party links and services may have separate terms and privacy practices. We aim to present accurate information and may correct errors or omissions. If a material error affects your order, we will contact you rather than assume your agreement to a changed price or item.

Liability and mandatory rights

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising from unlawful use, misuse or circumstances outside our reasonable control. This does not exclude liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to goods that are defective or not as described. Any applicable mandatory rights remain available.

Governing law and updates

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Ontario and Canada, without removing mandatory protections that apply to you. We may revise the terms and post the current version here.
